Regular wear and tear from the elements will take their toll on your outdoor lighting system. Even LED lightbulbs can fail and replacing them with the wrong bulb can result in an overload in the transformer. Without regular service, the full beauty of your lighting system will not be realized. We will make sure that the full effect of your lighting stystem is noticeable.

Continuing Care Maintenance Programs

With Northern Outdoors Lighting’s Continuing Care Maintenance Programs, a lighting professional will visit your property at designated intervals to perform the following service tasks:

• Inspect all fixtures and clean lenses as needed
• Ensure proper aiming of fixtures for best lighting results
• Ensure all path lights are plumb and properly set
• Gently trim plant material as needed to improve effect
• Inspect all tree-mounted fixtures and wiring to ensure that they are properly secure
• Adjust the timimg and operation on control systems
• Replace lamps and repair cut lines as needed
• Lubricate sockets and seals with every lamp replacement
• LED's lamp sockets will be lubricated once per year
• Check for proper transformer operation

There is an hourly labor charge for this service, plus the cost of light bulbs.
